Purpose and scope
Our guides help you compare development options, plan requirements, and understand costs. They cover the services we provide: websites, ecommerce, business systems, AI automation, custom software, and mobile apps. They are planning resources, not a substitute for specialist advice about your situation.
A guide should answer its question without making you contact us first. Links to our services are commercial links, not independent evidence for a recommendation.
Organization attribution
The Catapult AI Work Technical Team is the organization responsible for our guides. We do not invent named authors or reviewer credentials. A person is credited only when their involvement and public attribution have been confirmed.
The publication date records when a guide first appeared. The updated date records a meaningful content revision, which may concern wording or structure. It does not mean every linked source or technical claim was rechecked on that date. Visible dates and page metadata should agree.
Sources and evidence
Cost guides distinguish published market benchmarks from our worked planning examples. A country-specific hourly range is not a measured average for every agency in that country. A global project average is not a typical small-business budget, and a CRM or ERP proxy is identified as such. The guide states the currency, source, checked date, scope assumptions, and costs excluded from its calculation.
For external facts, we prefer original documentation, standards, or research and identify the source. Links help you check the supporting material; they do not independently verify every sentence in a guide. Prices, product features, and platform requirements can change, so check the source before relying on them.
Budget guides use labelled examples to explain what a smaller project could include and exclude. Their dollar ceilings are not Catapult packages or market averages. Published marketplace figures are attributed comparisons, and their geography and scope matter.
We do not invent clients, testimonials, certifications, usage statistics, performance results, rankings, savings, prices, delivery timelines, office locations, or guarantees. Examples are labelled as frameworks, patterns, demonstrations, or hypothetical workflows unless evidence and publication permission exist.
Technical review and usefulness
We aim to lead with the answer, explain unfamiliar terms, and include examples or checks you can use. We keep paragraphs focused and separate facts from recommendations. We do not add words just to reach a target length or repeat a keyword.
Implementation examples need to be tested against your own systems, data, and requirements. Organization authorship is not a claim that a named specialist has independently reviewed the guide.
AI assistance disclosure
We use AI tools to assist with organizing research, drafting, and editing. Catapult AI Work remains responsible for the published content. AI output is not evidence and is not an expert review.
Our editorial standard calls for checks on facts, sources, private information, and consistency before publication. A disclosure does not make an unsupported claim reliable. Planning assumptions and hypothetical examples should be clearly labelled.
Corrections and updates
We review reported errors in facts, attribution, links, and disclosures. A meaningful correction may change the updated date. A spelling or formatting edit alone should not make an older guide appear newly researched.
To report an issue, send the page URL, the statement in question, and a supporting source through our contact page. We will assess the evidence and correct or clarify the content where needed.
Commercial relationships and conflicts
Catapult AI Work provides technical development services, so relevant articles may link to those services or invite a project inquiry. That relationship is visible. We do not present our own services as independent rankings or reviews, and we do not claim neutrality when recommending Catapult AI Work.
