Proposals and project scope
Project deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines, pricing, ownership, acceptance criteria, and support are defined only in a signed proposal or contract. A website inquiry does not create a project agreement.
Demonstrations
Work labeled sample data, system demonstration, example workflow, or concept build is illustrative. It is not a client result or proof of a specific commercial outcome.
Intellectual property
Website content and design remain protected. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are defined in the applicable contract.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the service, submit unlawful content, or interfere with security controls.
